The East Bay of the San Fransisco Bay Area has several groups with
projects for school children - gradeschool on up. Call or FAX the East
Bay Market Collaborative - Center for Ag Education ? (working name) -
Phone: 510-526-2788; FAX 510-524-7153. They can send you information about
their activities. Ask for the brochure on "Open Garden Weekend" from last
May. It lists many of the groups working in your area of interest in our
area! Good Luck. Pass on anything
you might find to me as well. This is a key interest of some of our
students at UC Berkeley.
