I believe Sibella Kraus in the San Francisco Bay area would be helpful
regarding chefs and food tastings. My recollection is that she's been
organizing such things for years (e.g. with the Committee for Sust. Ag in CA
which now goes by a new name I think). I don't have a direct contact, but
OFRF in Santa Cruz has her on their conference agenda next week. 408-426-6606.
