I work with the Southern Sustainable Agriculture Working
Group (SSAWG). We held a food tasting at our last Annual
Conference in January 1995, and will hold a bigger and
better one at our upcoming January 1996 conference. We will
also offer a round table discussion at the conference
on chefs working with local producers. Our food tasting
coordinator is:

I know at least two member organizations of SSAWG also
have held food tastings with chef participation. THe
