dear Ricardo (and sanetters listening in)
Is it silly to reccomend Kim Chee (spelling?) which is, I believe, a
Korean condiment/side dish made of cabbage, carrots, maybe onions?
It is very vinegarry and delicious but I'm not sure how appropriate
it would be culturally. I do not know much about Brazil or the
market for such products there. If it sounds useful I am sure that
someone out there has a recipe for it, or I could hunt one up.
