B processing vegetables?

dear netters:
Thank you for yhe wellcomes messages you sent.
We're trying to learn how to process some of the vegetableJ~s
we produce:
-potatoes: that are not so "beatuful to be sold to a good price,
but are so tasty.
-cabbage,letuce,chinese cabbage an other greens, to offer to the
clients a salad prepare to be eaten.
carrots: w3because we have some carrots with visual deffects.

We want to agregate some value to this products. And we want to use methods
permitted by organic assocoations.
This v:subject is not very studied in Brasil, so we are trying nbto
learn what farmers and associations are doing abroad.
