Hello

I'm helping a small agricultural cooperative in Central America to
set up seed cleaning equipment for organic soybean and black beans.

I need some help to evaluate the quality and cost effectiveness of both
new and used equipment we are considering. Does anyone have (or know
anyone that has) direct experience with bean/seed cleaning equipment, or
an ability to design a line for a relatively small operation, familiarity
with new and used equipment, and experience with organic production and
processing?

I am also looking for an individual who could provide technical advice on
organic bean quality standards for the international market. We are
trying to design a Quality Control System that will address handling and
processing of the organic beans from harvest, to farm handling, receiving
at the cleaning site, organic pest control in storage, and the
classifying/grading line to produce different quality beans for different
markets (local & international).

Any suggestions, advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated! Please
e-mail me directly. Thanks.
