I think the person you all are referring to is Cathrine Sneed,
Director of The Garden Project in San Francisco. She runs an
organic farm and garden for inmates and a post-release garden
program. She trained in ecological horticulture at the UC
Santa Cruz Center for Agroecology & Sustainable Food Systems
in order to get more background on sustainable methods.
