Soon I will be "virtually" unavailable and just wanted to thank all of you
for the many thoughful discussions which I have observed this past year.
The concept of sustaining (or changing!) agriculture, ourselves, our
communities, etc.is something beautiful AND frightening. The diverse
viewpoints presented have been critical. What will happen, what has to
happen, what should happen, and what we would like to happen all seem
beyond any one of us. Sometimes I believe compromise to be deadly, still I
know that partnerships breed the strongest and longest fibers with which we
must weave our world. The really workable goals seem to emerge from such
collaboration. Today I find myself in a basket with ALL of you. :)
