There are currently vacancies in four areas: 1)
Livestock/rancher; 2) Agribusiness; 3) Non-Govermental
Organization/Private Voluntary Organization (NGO/PVO); and 4)
Farmer
Individuals nominated for positions must live and work in the
Southern Region. The Southern Region includes Alabama,
Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi,
North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas,
Virginia, Puerto Rico and the U.S.Virgin Islands.
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please
send the nominees name, address, and telephone number. Please
include a brief (approximately one page) biographical statement,
and a letter indicating why the nominee would be a good addition
to the Administrative Council. The Administrative Council will
use these packets to make the final determination on new
members.
The nomination packet should be received in the SARE/ACE
