Subject: Suggestions Please
Where could we advertise our organic farm for sale on the Internet ? I have
posted
in the sustainable ag. area, would you know of any other places ? Any help
would be
greatly appreciated. My husband is ill and we will not be able to continue
farming for
much longer.
The farm consists of 212 acres, with 1 mile of creek frontage. It is
presently planted and
producing income under our own label. It is a turnkey operation, everything
including management is in place. It would be great for a family or a
group.It is set up as
a corporation should investors want to make a private stock offering. The
purchase price
is $1.9 million with excellent terms.
It is located in northern California in a very nice community.
Any ideas on how to market this on the Internet ? Thank you in advance!
