to Understand the Science of Odor Formation, Techniques of Odor
Management and Effective Methods for Communication with the Public.

Utilization (BioCycle)
The Composting Council is currently seeking individuals from the
composting, recycling, agricultural, waste management, and odor control
sectors to address the following conferenc4e topics: Odor- Sources,
Formation & Measurment; Controlling Odors - Siting, Weather, Modeling,
and Operations Management; Problems - Public Perception, Public Health
and Case Studies; Solutions - Technology, Regulatory Development, Public
Educationh, and Public Communications.
You are invited to present documented information on any of the
above-mentioned topics; please submit a one-page abstract to the Council
by August 20, 1995. No Product Endorsements are Allowed during the
Presentation. Presentations should focus on technologies, processes,
measurement procedures and methods, and outcomes as related to odor
sources, perceptions, and solutions. The sponsoring institutions will
meet at the end of August to review and make selection of presenters.
Notifications will be made by the end of August.
Speakers will be responsible for their own transportation and housing
costs. No registration fee will be charged to the selected presenters.
There will be facilities for poster presentations, so you are encouraged
to submit abstracts for those as well as for oral presentations.
