organic certifiers

As I continue in my search for organic statistics, I would like to
contact all the organizations that do organic certification in this country.
Being in the Northeast, I am in touch with NOFA, and I have the address
for OCIA International, but would anyone have the address(es) of other
organizations?

Also seeking an address for Colin Campbell at Cornell University.
