Hog lagoon spill

Recently I heard a brief item on the radio about a serious incident involving
leakage of a large amount of liquid hog manure from a lagoon in North
Carolina on June 21. Can anyone provide more details or point me to newspaper
coverage of it? Also, does anyone know of other such occurences? (I'm not
talking about the routine problems associated with large hog facilities, but
about acute episodes). Your help will be greatly appreciated.
