In the Australian Sust. Agric. programme, management
competency and skills are identified as as an "on the farm"
indicator of the social factor in sust.agric. Management
competency is judged on the basis of formal education, a
skills index, an attitude index and the use of formal farm
financial and physical plans.
To what extent has this aspect been addressed in other sust
ag programmes?
Any references to good literature on the above?
Thanking you in anticipation
