I am a research scholar working on sustainable agriculture in the
Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of
Technology, Bombay. I am attempting a comparison of alternative
(Organic/Biological) agriculture with conventional (Chemical/Modern)
agriculture, from social, ecological and agro-economic perspectives.
I request SANETers who are working on similar areas to pass on any
relevant information. I am particularly looking for `qualitative
comparison' especially regarding nutrition, shelf life, dry biomass
weight, medicinal qualities (if any) and any other relevant parameters.
