An Interactive Forum on the Progress and Future of Watershed
Management

Watershed management is quickly becoming the major environmental
priority of the '90's, and WATERSHED '96: Moving Ahead Together
will take stock of the successes and identify needed improvements
in the approaches that are currently being taken.

Participants from scientific and technical professions, as well
as land owners and mangers, public works officials, planners, law
makers, educators and enviornmentalists, will be taking part in
this interactive forum.

You are invited by the sponsors of WATERSHED '96 to propose a
paper or presentation to be presented at WATERSHED '96.
Proposals should reflect the comprehensie nature of the watershed
approach, giving clear examples of how to address multiple
interests and purposes. Proposals that call for interactive and
innovative presentation techniques are encouraged.
