Hello!
I am a graduate student at the University of Minnesota. I am planning my
masters research proyect on comparing conventional and organic beef production,
including animal performance, economic analysis and beef quality. In the
articles I have been reading people seem to be concerned about pesticide
residue in animal products. There for I am looking for information about
pesticide residues in forages, grains and animal products (primeraly beef)
Any information and suggestions are wellcome
