You recently asked about trends in american agriculture. I am director of
U.S. Programs for the Rodale Institute. We are very interested in trends in
organic/sustainable agriculture as well as consumer trends which are both
following, but primarily leading these trends. Soil quality and its
relationship to human health is also an area of interest for the Institute.
