Secretary of Agriculutre Dan Glickman will begin a national dialogue on
"Strength and Promise of America's Rural Roots" by holding Six Regional Rural
Forums across the nation. These forums are set to precede
President Clinton's National Rural Conference April 25 In Ames, Iowa.

I would greatly appreciate it you all would spread the word to your
electronically connected friends and correspondents. Perhaps some
of you could put a pointer to the Conference home page in your own
WWW pages. The conference home page will contain information about
the presentations made at each of the seven locations, as well as
permanent pointers to other rural information resources, so there will
be more than a temporary interest in this internet location.
