Hi All. How about a dumb thought. Why not both?
Industrial,Hi tech Factory agriculture (hydroponics maybe)
to produce "cheap" food in mass quantities for those who
want it or don't understand and regional organic farms "on
the land" for those who understand the difference. Education
of the consumer is a long process that must constantly fight
the image of readily available cheap food.
