Louise Sperling was involved in an innivative bean breeding program
in Rwanda. Local women farmers were brought to the experiment fields
regularly to look at and evaluate the experimental lines of beans.

They told the breeders what they liked and didn't like about the
lines as they were growing so that the lines finally released would
local farming techniques and conditions as well have good agronomic
qualities.

Does anyone have an email or snail-mail address for Louis Sperling?
