I would suggest the International Food and Nutrition (IFAN) database as an
on-line source of information about bST. Telnet to psupen.psu.edu (or use
computer and modem to 814-863-4820). At the username prompt, type in your
two-letter state abbreviation (e.g. PA for Pennsylvania), or WORLD for outside
the U.S. Then choose the keyword search option and search under the keyword BST
(or BIOTECHNOLOGY). There are quite a few articles available, representing a
number of viewpoints.
