Mexican bean beetle

Growing beans organically at 6,000 ft in western/central New Mexico.
Have had extreme problems with Mexican Bean Beetles. Looking for help from
someone who has experience with planting trap crops of beans and then tilling
the trap crop in as a way of eradicating the beetle. Any other ideas would
