Is anyone familiar with any research that has been done on the relationship
of anaerobic digestion of animal manure (or any organic waste) with
sustainable agriculture? I am particularly interested in land application
of digested manure. Specifically (1) its impact on soil properties and (2)
its impact on nutrient management (i.e. is digested manure more susceptible
to leaching, run-off, volatilization than fresh manure?)
