SANETers: there was a special issue of one of the European journals
(Agroecosystems? ) perhaps 10-15 years ago that was dedicated
entirely to the scientific support for various aspects of organic
farming. It was one of the truly objective coverages of this
contentious field, and while dated, might be useful to find and
review. One chapter detailed the extensive literature on nutritional
value.

Another likely source would be Hardy Vogtmann from Kassel, Germany.
He and his associates have published extensively (although almost
entirely in German) in many facets of organic farming, and a Science
Citations Index look under his name would doubtless soon come up with
some good insights into nutritional value. However, the English text
may well be limited to the Abstract.

I too would like to see this subject extended a bit on the net. Ann
