Dear Julie:
Again my message to you came back to me. I would really
appreciate it if you could send me the address for Richard Britz and/or
other Edible City folks in Eugene (either email or mailing address). Any
other urban agriculture programs which you hear of ongoing in the
Northwest I would also really like to hear about.
Yes, I'm at Hampshire College in Amherst,MA. This is my second
semester here and I am really enjoying it. There are a lot of really
great students and faculty here, working on good projects. Charlene
D'Avanzo is still an ecology professor here, though I have yet to take a
class with her. Not much was being done with the community garden this
fall, but a number of us have been talking about some plans for the
spring. There are presently of lot of great things going on down at the
farm center.
