Here is an announcement from one of the first round of projects funded by
the Western region SARE "Chapter 3" (Professional Development or "Train the
Trainers") program. It was developed mainly for Extension and NRCS (i.e.
formerly SCS) personnel in eight western states, but I think you'll agree
with me that the program looks interesting to a much broader audience, so
the originators of the program have graciously agreed to let me pass this
notice on to you all. You'll need to make local arrangements for
down-linking the program if you're interested--Cooperative Extension,
universities, community colleges, etc. are all possibilities. Please let us
know if you view the program, and what you think of it.
