Ecosystem of a Balinese rice paddy

The California Museum of Science and Industry in Los Angeles is
developing a traveling exhibit on Sustainable Technologies. A large section
will be dedicated to sustainable ag. We will include a case study of Balinese
rice paddy system. We're looking for reference photos, and genus and species
names, and any specimens of the following flora and fauna of the rice paddies:
- carp (or other fish from the paddies that is consumed by humans)
- toad
- duck
- green leafhopper
- dragonfy and it's larvae
- spider (that eats the green leafhopper)
- eel
- blue-green algae
