Stacy,

If you haven't done so already, you may want to check with the Water
Librarian here at EPA Hadquarters (202-260-8670). As for Canadian laws,
you might be able to get some info from Canada's counterpart to EPA,
Environment Canada (Library: 819-997-1767) in Ottowa, Ontario. I am a
librarian in INFOTERRA, the international section of the EPA library. We
receive many requests for non-U.S. laws and regs. They are not easy to
come by free of charge, as far as we know. We have a list of commercial
sources we can provide, if you are interested. You can contact INFOTERRA
at : 202-260-5917 (8:00 - 3:00 M-F) or library-infoterra@epamail.epa.gov,
or stop by between 10:00 and 2:00 M-F.
