You're right -- there is an error in this address. You have:
"sustag-l" <listserv@wsuvml.sc.wsu.edu>
and it should be
"sustag-l" <listserv@wsuvml.csc.wsu.edu>
Note the "csc" rather than "sc". Also the l's in this case are not the
numeral one, they are lowercase L's. Thanks for bringing this to my
