European conection? Elsewhere?

Is there anything equivelent or similar to the SANET in Britain/Europe
that I might be able to access?

Or a European discussion group on poultry production?

I would also appreciate any info. on any sanet or poultry discussion
groups in Mexico/Central America/South America? Elsewhere?
I have yet to develop enough computer literacy to get very far on the
world wide web.
