seed yields of coriander, fennel, and parsley

Colleagues: I have had a request for information on seed yields of
these three spice crops. Coriander (Coriandrum sativum), fennel
(Foeniculum vulgare), and parsley (Pitroselinium crispum) can be
grown in various places, but the specific interest is in North
America. If you can help out, or suggest a likely place to look,
