The University of Nebraska is seeking applicants for a full-time Agricultural
Research Technician II, Position Number 43492. This position is responsible
for alternative crops work and fulfulling a subcontract agreement with the
Nebraska Sustainable Agriculture Society to develop alternative crops and low
input cropping systems, on-farm research projects and test plots, and assist
in writing
grant proposals, data summaries and publications, and a sustainable ag
newsletter. An Associate's degree and three years of experience in an
agricultural field are required. Continuation of the position beyond 18
months is dependent on securing additional grant funding. Starting salary is
