An ornithologist friend heard about infra-red goggles that are used on
vegetation to detect plant death before any browning is visible. He is
interested in applying this techonology to his nesting research. Any
information on infra-red sensors--who uses them, where to find them, what
further applications are possible--would be greatly appreciated. Please
