I called the Environmental Watch Group (202-667-6982) again, and
again was speaking with Mike Shelhamer.
The two co-authors of _Tap Water Blues_ are Richard Wiles and
Brian Cohen...neither of whom were available.
I clarefied from Shelhamer that he personally delivered the
report to Elaine Koerner...to whom I left voice mail based on
this info grabbed from the EPA Core Gopher:

I am seeking to discover how the _Tap Water Blues_ "publication"
is being handled by and within the EPA...whether it will be
submitted to independent (of EWG) peer review, whether the contents
will be published in a peer review journal or appropriate venue,
and whether this document's contents will be subjected to
Quality Assurance Compliance that much EPA sponsored research
and analysis must met.
