Hi!
Cornell Cooperative Extension is working on Environmental
Awareness programming targeting, primarily, dairy producers. We are
interested in agriculture taking a very proactive approach on
environmental issues...
One aspect is helping producers with communications and neighbor
relations. This is both to communicate what the farm is doing to reduce
and prevent environmental problems as well as to open up communications
back to the farm. Hopefully neighbors will communicate any concerns,
affording the producer an opportunity to address it.
Does anyone have any publications, articles, advise, unique ideas,
etc.? We're also interested in examples of letters, activities, or services
that producers provide to neighbors.
