I'm posting this message for a friend of mine who does not have
internet access. He has been a assigned, as a Peace Corps volunteer, to
help manage an experimental farm on the island of Niue, in the South
Pacific. This is in the region of Western Samoa, Fiji, and Tonga,
northeast of New Zealand. Agricultural information for this area has
been difficult to come by. Do any of you have any experience in this
part of the world? Or can you recommend any potential sources for
