While cybersurfing, I stumbled across some reference to PIPS and some
instructions were given on how to access the info. I followed the
following procedure:

===============

To request a specific PIPs, you need to send a message to Almanac. The
email address for Almanac is:

almanac@oes.orst.edu

More explicitly, mail a message to Almanac just like you would mail a
message to any other email address.

To receive a copy of an individual pips, send (* use all lowercase
characters *):

send extension extoxnet pips <file name>

where <file name> is one of the file names listed below. * * * Do NOT
include the brackets < >. * * *

=================

However, when I tried:

send extension extoxnet pips 2-4-d.osu or send extension extoxnet pips
bentazon.cu, I got the following message from the almanac:

## Regarding your request:
send extension extoxnet pips 2-4-d.osu

Unable to find file or directory
"/information/pub/data/./ext/extoxnet/pips/2-4-d.osu"

Am I doing something wrong? Can you help me with this? I am interesting
in accessing this database if possible. Thank you.
