A friend, Jim Thomas, is finishing a BS program in Engineering &
Environmental Science from Heritage College in Toppenish, WA. He
is looking for an MS assistantship program in environmental science
preferably in the NW fourth of the US or BC. He has some practical
experience in farming potatoes, in fisheries, and in GIS. Names,
