BST cost to taxpayers?

I know someone must have done this calculation, but I don't know
where to look for it: about how much money might Monsanto be
collecting indirectly from the Federal government via dairy
farmers who use rBST and collect increased commodity payments?
I'm interested in a number or numbers and a reference, if possible.
