My primary concern would be the source of the bone meal (or blood meal,
etc.). I believe that rendered products should be considered with caution,
given the problems with contaminants, pathogens and prions making their way
through the recycling loop. Of course this is dependent on the source of the
rendered material and the rendering process itself.
