My apologies (re) quoting an older study from 1948 for different
purposes. I try never to be the bearer of urban legends. I trusted
Robert Cohen (my source) however he is away until August and it has
become clear that he only repeated what he believed to be true. I
remember seeing this study a year ago but forgot, the informer that I
can be.
So hear goes (my take), a study of plants grown in 1948 in 2 soils with
different mineral contents was studied for plant uptake in the crops
grown. Simple but somewhere along the line a zealot made the veggie
scene by "proving" that organic was nutritionally superior. Wrong I was.
