Will Do:
* Lead store's internal and external marketing efforts
* Plan community events & Team Member (employee) community service
* Create merchandising materials (calendars, flyers, etc.)
* Guide Store Atmosphere (visual displays, signage)
* Coordinate in-store customer education and tours
* Seek out local advertising opportunities
* Supervise Demo person and program
* Evaluate and handle donation requests
* Responsible for marketing and donations budgets
* Be a strong part of the Store’s Leadership group
Must have/be:
* TL/STL/Coordinator recommendation/blessing
* Previous marketing, events planning, outreach or PR exp.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Passion for food
* Knowledge/understanding of the Viennese community
* Organizational skills, prioritizing ability and time mgmt.
* Self motivated with goal setting strengths
* Great listening skills combined with a sense of humor
