Do you mean purslane as in Portulaca oleracea? A fairly rich source of
omega-3 fatty acids that play an important role in preventing heart attacks
and that strengthen the immune system? The one with the mild flavored leaves
that is good for salads?
It might not be a bad idea to look into the possibilities of marketing the
stuff. If that is possible and you can turn on the irrigation you may be on
to something good.
