It is a wonder that there's so little govt research on the effects of
agricultural practices on food quality, when so much is being spent on
showing "safe" levels of poisons in our food supply. This is probably
why, until today, we still can't give a guarantee. A good synthetic
environment can't be as good as a good natural/organic one simply
because we do not know all the micronutrients that nature provides.

Maybe the figures don't argue for organic, but they certainly argue
against mainstream ag practices - industrial farming, chemicals, etc.
