You make many valid points. Too often someone purports to be "organic"
and "sustainable" while they fail to recycle properly.
There is a path that one can follow called "conscience" and sadly, too
few follow this route nor are aware it exists. As one leans toward a
vegetarian path, one becomes generally aware but this is not the only
way. Being aware of agri-business and how the corp-conglomerate squashes
is just as important.
Anyone who signs onto another (bigger company, etc.) and fails to check
out the implications is doing a dis-service to the public
