I think the data proffered by Roberto is important, but all of this data seems
to be a "straw man". To me this shows the resilience of living systems to grow
under adverse conditions. there are humans who are deficient because they
follow a "natural diet" and there is no guarantee that plants grown in organic
environments will be any richer than plants grown in synthetic environments
provided that each grower chooses to monitor and fertilize for appropriate
nutrients, micro or macro- One doesn't argue against or for organic. Rather it
advocates for good solid human management with intelligence and sensitivity.
It is the system that is important

thoughts?
