Hi Klaus. I suspect that you do some testing yourself. Can you please
explain why you don't believe these figures? I'll see if I can get the
contact address of the ORGAA, so you can compare notes with them.
By the way, for those who may be confused: The Calcium in Beans data
means that supermarket produce had 40 mg/kg while organic produce had
480 mg/kg, according to the article.
