What if we like our eggs raw?or soft boiled?? what a bunch of crap...
all that heat denatures the protein. What weightlifter hasnt thrown eggs
into a glass and drunk them down? Ive eaten raw eggs for thirty years
and never had a problem .... I buy organic if available and usually
combine w/ onion, or garlic/ginger, or cayenne....(i also dont drink
much liquid if any w/ or after any raw protein)... key- dont want to
dilute our digestive juices...easy, quick nutrition.
