How about "Virtually Organic" (Virtually Certifiable - i.e.
Certifiable in terms of practices and substances but not USDA
Certified Organic). I'm anticipating OFPA application and the concept
will have to be modified somewhat to be legally valid. But if
sufficiently explicit, it would be stand on solid juridical ground.
